Gecko Pro Super Cut Step 1 is a powerful polishing compound developed for professionals who strive for maximum correction and a sleek finish. This high-quality step 1 polishing paste effortlessly removes deep scratches, coarse paint defects, oxidation and water stains. Ideal for use on heavily damaged or weathered paintwork.

Thanks to its advanced formula, Gecko Pro Super Cut delivers aggressive correction without compromising on control or safety. Combine this product with the Gecko Hard Cutting Pad.

Please note: Gecko Pro Super Cut does not offer protection. For long-lasting shine and protection, we recommend finishing with Gecko Pro Wax Finish & Protect (item number 687692).

Application & Use

The Gecko Pro Super Cut has been developed for professional use and delivers the best results in combination with the right polishing pad. Suitable for both machine and manual polishing. For optimal results, we recommend working with a polishing machine and our matching polishing pads. View the complete range in our Gecko Pro-Line for every step in the polishing process.

Instructions

Use the Gecko polishing machine with the Gecko Hard Cutting pad and sufficient product. Shake well before use and remove any irregularities with suitable sandpaper.

1. Preparation: Wash and degrease the vehicle thoroughly with our Gecko car shampoo. Rinse well and dry the surface.
2. Application: Apply a small amount to the Gecko Hard Cutting Pad.
3. Spreading: Spread the paste over the paint surface at low speed.
4. Polishing: Increase the speed to 1500 - 1800 rpm and work in sections of approx. 1 m2. Prevent drying out by lightly misting with water if necessary.
5. Removal: Remove any remaining product with one of the Gecko Microfibre Cloths from the 5-pack (item no. 687853).

6. Aftercare: For further paint correction, we recommend continuing with Gecko Pro Compound – Step 2. Would you like to finish the treatment without additional polishing steps? Always apply a protective layer to seal the paint. Use Gecko Wax Guard (item no. 687692) for long-lasting protection and a deep shine.

Pro tip
For hard-to-reach areas such as edges, corners and contours, we recommend using our compact polishing pads (80 mm). These are specially designed for precision work on smaller surfaces. If necessary, combine with a hand pad and a high-quality microfibre cloth for maximum control and a perfect end result.
