The Gecko Pro Fine Finish Step 3 is an ultra-fine polishing paste specially developed for the final step in the polishing process. This finishing paste effortlessly removes fine micro-scratches (P3000 or finer), light haze and holograms left behind after the previous polishing stages.

The Gecko Pro Fine Finish is easy to apply and works exactly as you want it to – even on difficult, sensitive or dark paints. The formula produces hardly any dust and is easy to work with. Perfect for detailers and garages who want top quality without the hassle. Use this product together with the Gecko Soft Finishing Pad for a super smooth, shiny finish.

Please note: The Fine Finish does not provide long-lasting protection. To seal the paintwork and ensure a lasting shine, always finish with Gecko Pro Wax Guard (item number 687692).

Application & Use

The Gecko Pro Fine Finish is designed for professional use as the final step in the polishing process. Suitable for all paint types, especially vehicles where the appearance must be finished to perfection. Indispensable for preparing vehicles for delivery or for high-end detailing projects.

Instructions

1. Preparation: Clean the paint thoroughly and remove any residue from previous polishes with a degreaser. Make sure the paint is cool and dry.
2. Application: Apply a small amount to the Gecko Soft Finishing Pad.
3. Distribution: Spread the product over the surface at low speed.
4. Polishing: Increase the speed to 1000 - 1800 rpm and work in slow, overlapping strokes until the product becomes almost transparent.
5. Removal: Remove product residue with a clean Gecko Microfibre Cloth from the 5-pack (item no. 687853).
6. Aftercare: Always finish with a protective product such as Gecko Wax Guard (item no. 687692) or Gecko Pro Wax Finish & Protect (item no. 687692) for a long-lasting, water-repellent paint seal.

Pro tip
Always pay attention to the temperature of the paint. For a smooth, hologram-free finish, it is best to work on a cool surface (between 15–25°C). If the paintwork is too warm, the fine finish will evaporate too quickly and break down less effectively. It is therefore best to work in the shade or in a well-ventilated area. You will see the difference immediately in the depth and clarity of the shine.
